What You Get
Each key tag is a durable plastic tag about 2.125 by 1.125 inches with rounded corners and a reinforced hole for a keyring. Tags are printed three to a card on 30 mil PVC, the same material as a credit card, and snap apart cleanly. Printing is edge to edge on both sides using retransfer technology, which fuses the image into the card surface so it doesn't scratch or fade with daily use.

How Barcode Key Tags Work
A key tag doesn't store any value or personal data. The barcode is a number. When your front desk scans it, your software looks that number up and opens the member's account. That means the only thing that matters is that the number on the tag matches what your system expects, in a barcode format your scanner can read. We confirm both before printing.

Compatibility Reviewed Before Printing
Gym and clinic software all handle member barcodes a little differently. Some want a fixed number of digits. Some only read Code 128. Some assign numbers themselves and need you to import a list. Before anything prints, we review four things:
